Full Service Listing Plan:

Same as other full service plan, however, this plan includes professional photos.

We hire a professional real estate photographer to come out and take the photos.

Flat Fee MLS Texas Listing term depends listing plan.

You may cancel listing at anytime, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. 

The MLS does not allow us to cancel, if a property is under contract.

We charge no extra fees at closing like many other companies.

Some companies charge a high back end or compliance fee at closing. There may be fees for changes on your listing.  

Each MLS has their own max number of photos that can be placed on the MLS.

You provide the photos unless you use our Flat Fee Full service plan with professional photos.

List for sale or rent on the MLS for a low flat fee.

Your listing is posted on all major web sites:

* and many more.

Once you are listed on the MLS you listing will automaticaly download to all the wedsites. These websites are a data feed from the MLS. If you have a FSBO listing on these sites, your listing will be replaced with your new MLS listing.

PUBLIC WEB SITE DISCLAIMER

Your contact info is on the MLS in the private agent remarks, but will not be on public websites, like Zillow, as this cannot be done by any agent or company.

Agents can call you directly with questions.
 

Agents send offer to listing agent & seller at the same time!

www.SendOffer.com is a site that we own, exclusive to Listing Results, LLC, that is posted on the MLS for agents to send offers.
 
You get the offer the very moment the buyer agent sends the offer.  If the agent sends the offer at 2AM on Sunday morning, you get at that moment with instructions on how to handle the offer. 

We provide all necessary Texas contracts, forms, disclosures, and addendums needed to sell or lease your property.

We have all leasing documents as well.

Showing Appointment Service:
Showing Time and Broker Bay

* On your listing in the MLS, there is a showing icon.
* The agents click on this icon and a window pops open to set an appointment.
* The agent sets a time, and you will get text or email for the appointment
* The agent will have all instructions (lock box code, alarm code, etc ...)

You will have an app on your phone to manage showings and to get showing feedback.

 

After each showing, Showing Appointment Sevices emails the buyer agent for feedback.

You will have an app to log in and monitor showings and showing feedback.

We run the market data in your area, email  to you, then we can get on the phone to discuss pricing, and a selling strategy.

After looking at the sales contract, we estimate closing fees and send to you via email, then get on the phone to discuss.
 

We advise you through the entire process. Selling can be a complicated process but do not worry, we are just a phone call or email away for quick answers.

We are full service REALTORS®, just charging a flat rate instead of a high commission.

Once we discuss contract, we will prepare and send counter offer to the buyer agent.

If a buyer comes to you directly without an agent, and you would like for us to prepare contract, review and disucss and set everyone up for eSign, we charge an additional fee.

With our full service plans we charge an additional $299. All other plans are $599.
