A home buying commission rebate can assist with:

  * Typically on an "interest rate buydown" each point purchased reduces the interest rate by .25% at a cost of 1% of the purchase price for each point purchased. How to start the buying process:

  • If financing - Get with mortgage company to disucss mortgage fees (get a Good Faith Estimate) and get prequalification letter.
  • If paying cash - Get proof of funds. Normally just a copy of your statement showing funds (block out your account number)

  How to find your next home:
  • Start doing a search for homes in the area that you want to live on sites like Realtor.com or Zillow
  • When you find a home that you think you may like, look at it on Google earth and go do a drive by to make sure it's what you are looking for.
  • Once you have nailed down the home that you want to see and ready to buy, contact us and we will show you the homes.
  • We will represent you as your buyer agent.
  • At closing you will receive your rebate or we can negotiate the rebate off the total sales price.

3 steps to get your rebate cash back:
  1. Reach out to us before signing any contracts with a builder, seller, or agent.
  2. You must registar Listing Results, LLC  (License #9002078) as your broker on your first visit to the builders office for us to get credit for the sale and for you to receive the commission rebate.
  3. Once your property closes you will receive your payment on the closing settlement at closing.
